2022 Department of Commerce Gold Medal

Our work won the gold medal for 2022, awarded by the US Department of Commerce. The ceremony took place on January 24, 2023 in Washington DC, and the awards were given by US Deparment of Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo.

 

 

2021 Breakthrough of the year in Physics

Dec 8, 2021 : Physics World top 10 breaktrough for 2021. Our work, together with collegues from Aalto, was honored as the breakthrough of the year in Physics, out of the  list of 10 finilists for the Physics World Breaktrhough of the year award for 2021. See origial announcment here.
