My name is Shlomi Kotler, an assistant professor at the Department of Applied Physics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. I am an experimentalist in Quantum Information Processing with experience in trapped ions, superconducting devices, micro-mechanical resonators and hybrid quantum systems. My education includes an M.Sc. in theoretical mathematics with Prof. David Kazhdan, a Ph.D in experimental physics with Prof. Roee Ozeri. Before joining the Hebrew University, I worked as a postdoc at the national institute of standards and technology (NIST) in Boulder, Colorado with the ion storage group and the advanced microwave photonics group.
